Learn how to make this cool grid line logo.
1. Create a new document (I made mine 450×450px) with the white background.
2. Now go to channels pallette and create a new channel (Alfa 1). Choose the Rectangular Marquee Tool and holding Shift make a selection. Something like this:

3. Set the foreground color as white and fill the selection. Go to Select > Modify > Contract (use a value of 2 pixels) and press Delete. Now go to Select > Modify > Expand and enter a value of 1 px.
4. Now apply Edit > Define Pattern, give it a name and OK. Then fill the layer with your newly created pattern (apply Edit > Fill and use pattern).

5. Go to the channels pallette and apply a button “Load Channel as Selection”.

6. Now go to the layers pallette and create a new layer. Set the foreground color to black and fill the selection. Press Ctrl+D to deselect a selection.

7. Choose the Elliptical Marquee Tool and ,while holding Shift, make a big circle. Apply Filter > Distort > Sphereize with Amount->100%.
8. Go to Select > Inverse (or Ctrl+Shift+I) and press Del. Press Ctrl+D to deselect a selection.

9. Now all you have to do is add some dropshadow, some text and you’ve got a really nice looking logo.
