6. Ok, this is the image until now, you’re almost there.

7. Select the Starburst Brush (right click on the image with the Brush Tool selected, click on the little arrow on the right side and select Assorted Brushes; scroll down and you’ll find the Starburst brush) and use it to make some stars, of different sizes.

8. And you’re done!

9. All you have to do is make an inner border (With the Rectangular Marquee Tool draw a rectangle, fill it with white, go to Select > Modify > Contract, 1px, and then hit Delete), add some text and your sig is done.
