City By Night Signature

Learn how to make a nice “City by Night” signature.

1. Create a new document, whatever size you want. I made mine 360×100. Use the Gradient Fill and fill with this gradient.

2. Now create a new layer, take the Polygonal Lasso Tool and make a selection that looks something like this.

3. Fill the layer with white and set opacity to 7%.

4. Your image should now look close to this.

5. Ok, now find a nice city skyline shape or clipart and open it. I used this one that I found on google (if you find a clipart, to remove the white part, select the Magic Wand Tool and click on the white areas until the color is gone).
